West Texas Roadrunner Tow & Wrecker Ser.

Called for a tow and explained we were 5 miles out of town and they gave a price. Showed up and changed the price. My husband asked for him to fill out the invoice and the driver didn't. I don't write poor reviews but in this case I would definitely never use their services again nor recommend them. Not professional at all.

Reading these comments and based off my experience I’m under the assumption that the customers were at fault and the rude ones cause the owners were awesome very understanding and amazing. Got me out of a bin and delivered as promised and the pricing was great.

Owner is extremely rude and unprofessional. When I went to retrieve my belongings from my wrecked vehicle, they charged me to get my items out and then would not allow me to finish because the owner stated that some of the things in the car were not mine, but yet I'm the owner on the vehicle. They also kept talking behind my back in Spanish like if I didn't understand what they were saying.

called them for a tow charged us 279 dollars never showed up after 10 calls back and forth called told us at 200 am no one could show up till 10 am next day gave us a refund of 250 we paid 279 I'm thankful for the refund but kept 29$ for answering phones

Very unprofessional wouldnt give charges when asked by phone was told had to verify my I'd over phone after I received the certified mail with an invoice that stated call for charges and told me I had to drive there from nm if I wanted any information. Very very rude!!!!!
