Very bad service. I recently went for oil change and tire alignment for my 2023 Honda civic. they also did tire rotation for free. But I see a big problem, my car is making noise, very irritating. Uncomfortable driving….

My 2020 Accord developed a road noise issue and I went yo Westbrook Honda service t get the problem fixed. While speaking to a service advisor he told me that a diagnosis will cost $162.0 which is a ripoff. I declined because the cost was excessive and and I wiould viasit Cardinal Honda who mayay not charge this fee. Also the service rep was unprofessional when discussing this issue because he used the"tatak e it or leave it" attitude. When I arrived home I discovered online that this problem is a common issue and is caused by an actve sound control module which senses noise and play the sound through the speakers. In fact, there was a s service bulletin issued about thiis and d the rep should have known about it. because my car is not the only one that has this problem,

Arrived today, for my 10am oil change. Waited 45 minutes, then they called me and asked what I needed done today. They had not even started. I walked out. Last time I was there I stupidly waited 90 minutes. This is not ever happening again. Stay away!

I've bought my last two cars from them and the service staff is always wonderful.
