Western Peterbilt - Yakima

Went in for an alignment as there was too much play in steering. Company directed me here for repairs. Took about 8 hours to determine it needed shocks but they did have the parts in stock but the tech left grease stains on the drivers door panel and on the seat and floorboard. Tech also smashed a trash can I have behind the passenger seat as I’m a solo driver. They don’t keep the driver in the loop as well. Otherwise repairs were done right and the truck is driving normal again!

They get me in to grease my bull wagon every 5000 miles get me and back on the road . Service staff is great to work with and very helpful thanks for the great customer service

Called early in morning made appointment to have hood hinge installed and they are open until 10...I made a afternoon appointment and they only have 1 tech on duty. Horrible customer service! Why not just close at 5 if you only have 1 person working? No more chances with this shop

Dont go if you dont have a hotel room . They will no let you stay in sleeper. Your supposed to hang out like a homeless person. So instead of getting down time you get no rest and if you have an animal try a different location.

I couldn't believe that they got me in within a few minutes. They resolved my problem very quickly. I will come back again.
