Advertised wrong! Worse, to believe that luxury senior living would be filled with such filth of unbelievable health Warnings. Cold unhealthy or non existent Meals, worker's have no incentive to work because they are not paid according to their work. Too many people with Old timers and dementia walking around trying to do things they don't know what they're doing without any help. No one cares for those without anyone to care for them it's unfortunate.

Mom had an ulcer on her foot when she left. Not happy about that. Mom is blind and needed a litttle more care than a sighted one. Needed help drinking her water. Never saw an employee come in and see if she needed any water. She could not help herself. That worried me. Every time I walked into her room she would sdk for water. This place needs a new phone system. Took me 6 hours to get through. There is noway to leave a voicemail. Not staffs fault on that one.

The place isn't clean. Very under staffed but staff is friendly I don't recommend this place at all my family member had a short stay after surgery to recover and ended up taken By ambulance to emergency room with staff infection due to Being ignored when complaining of pain and that something was wrong with surgery area was getting hot.

GREAT compassionate care. Wonderful caring staff. Clean and safe facility.

My dad had terminal cancer they were horrible experience place should be closed down unfortunately there is no other palative care in ft Walton place is death trap stay away if you love your loved one 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👊
