Whip City Auto Wash

I paid for the diamond wash and my car was still almost as dirty as before I washed it. It like all the wash did was spread the dirt. Poor quality for $20

Terrible! $20 and truck not clean at all. Don’t think it washed anything! No shine, just layer of something that looks like dust that wipes off with your finger. What a waste of money!

Yesterday paid $23.00 for a soft scrub wash, it never made it through the entire process. The air dryer was on for maybe 1 minute,timer was missing. I've had this wash just stop mid process. Try to contact via email for refund never got a response. Never going back.

They recently upgraded to a laser touchless wash and touch pay which is nice, not long dry time but I usually bring a towel to dry off the car after, looks good as new

Never had an issue with this wash. Most of the bad reviews are user error. If you are getting a touch less you have to pre treat before hand it’s not scrubbing the dirt. If you use the car wash like it’s meant to then it works perfectly.
