Whistle Express Car Wash

I usually come to this car wash because it's convenient and in my neighborhood. I auto pay each month whether I come through or not. Normally because I'm not here every day, every week, my car gets dirty. My normal was to go through the car wash at least three four times to clean the grind that you see in the photos. I've done this ever since the company turned over from Finn to whistle. I did not access the car wash for 3 months, yet I still automatically paid. Today the attendant tells me I can only go through twice. Just saying my car is still dirty, I paid without service on my part and am informed the contract terms of services is arbitrary decreased, I am left with a dirty car, was never given notice regarding decreased service and secretly paying a contract with terms I never agree

Basic car wash is now $12 (up from $10) but they’ve definitely upped their game there as well. I’ve only been a handful of times before but I had never seen so many people working and willing to help out. Aidan helped clean my tires and Lamar was personable and asked about my service. I love coming here for a quick wash and use of the vacuums, dash & glass cleaners, and mat cleaner machine.

I can’t say enough about Whistle Express Car Wash and their team. They were all very friendly and attentive immediately upon my arrival. Each team member was willing to help and available for assistance. They also made sure that customers were taken care of after their wash at the vacuums, and ensured that all customers had the supplies they needed for additional cleaning. Whistle Express Car Wash made my day with their kindness and generosity! Highly recommend!

Did the basic wash. Worked pretty well but it seemed to ignore my tailgate. Disappointed because the rest of the truck looks great, just wish it would have cleaned my tailgate. Love that they have all purpose cleaner & glass cleaner. I think the new boxes with towels and cleaners with the vacuums is a nice touch.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Paid $24 for the wash which is the second best. Car went through the wash TWICE because it was still not clean. It’s still dirty and soapy even after the second wash. The guy tells me he can let me go through the second time but after that he said, “He can’t do nothing about it.” No clean towels in any of the towel dispensers. Do not recommend. Will not go back.
