White Horse Auto Wash

I arrived around 5:10 PM hoping for a detail but willing to take any kind of quick inside/out wash, fully understanding there might not be time for a full detail. The employee declined, saying staff needed to clean up for closing. If service stops that early, the hours should reflect it. Bizarre experience, especially after the guy asked to look inside the vehicle for what I thought was to evaluate what could be done given the amount of time left before closing. The guy just wanted to go home and I get that. Sucks for whoever owns it.

Have only used exterior wash, so that's what I'm reviewing. Excellent care with my soft convertible top. Fast and effective exterior wash. Employees always helpful when signing in and when drying the car. Pleased with my experiences here

Fantastic job by Mike and his crew. Had recently purchased a new black Honda Ridgeline. Drove home in the driving rain, and had a badly mudstained tailgate. Or so I thought. After getting it washed I became aware it was covered in a white film, easily visible even from a distance on a sunny day. Took it to White Horse, and they got the film off, removed some stickers and dealer promo window paint residue from the windows, and got her looking good as new. For a very reasonable price considering the work performed. Many thanks...will be bringing all our vehicles here from now on.

Really upset about this place. I received a full detail as a birthday present. The price was $269 and the description said full interior and exterior detail. I waited at the Starbucks next door for 3 1/2 hours. When I got back the only thing they did on the inside was vacuum the floor mats. They arbitrarily decided to spend the entire time on the outside apparently. I had some paint splashes on the body from a construction wind incident, but I told them just do what you can and move on. At no point did they say they were only going to do the outside. So when I got my car back I was in shock. My car was not filthy to begin with but it should have been detailed. I love this new location. It hasn’t been very busy at all, but it is the best car wash around and I wash my car every day. I do have a membership. I’ve tried out many of the white horse locations and this is my favorite. They have large open spaces for your car to be vacuumed out they also have expressed detail free vacuums and all kinds of different memberships. The staff is really polite and they do a great job.
