White's Tire Service

I purchased a two year battery on 9-14-24 from White’s Tire. On 2-16-26 I took the battery back to get a replacement. The gentleman up front had someone get the battery out of my car and bring it in. He asked if I had the receipt. At the time I did not. He did offer to put it on the charger and he’d call me. Then he proceeds to tell me they do not even sell Diehard Silver batteries. I came home with my battery and found the receipt but I was so disgusted at how I was treated, like I was inconveniencing him, and I was lying and trying to take advantage of the fact the battery was guaranteed for 2 years but had not lasted that long. Excellent automotive facility! Expert services,& complete with valuable experience. My friends don't hesitate to visit, or give them a call, the work is fantastic! As you know, trust is vital, they take very good care of my vehicle, they would also definitely; always do the same for your family's safe transportation.....

Took a vehicle to find the problem and get an estimate. Never received a call for the estimate or expected repair cost, per NC law my consumer rights were violated. Called for an update it was stated the car needed a new radiator and the work was already done (without approval another violation) and was told it would cost 700 (way above 350) to pick the car up. The cost was paid and not even 5 miles down the road the same problem persisted. Customer service was unpleasant and I will never spend money with them again, the work was not authorized and I will be filing a small claim on this matter.

I had work done on my vehicle, and then shortly after the work was done the same problem occurred, which I was told it was fixed and then upon going back to seeing if they would help me out at all, they said that it was nothing they warranted and I just have to pay them again to fix it Front desk guy was less than professional on how he handled the situation. He stared out the window half the time while he talk to me, which is not professional.

I recently returned to Eastern North Carolina but never forgot that White’s were dependable. I had actually planned to purchase a used tired but after inspecting the tire , I found out that my present tires would not pass inspection. I appreciated the information. He could have just sold me the tire. I really appreciate their customer service
