I was given 4 choices to call, I chose White's. I was so impressed from the time I made the call and had a very pleasant conversation, to Alex loading my baby King Ranch Expedition onto the truck. I will not go into detail but I will say that I have been towed several times and today was exceptional!! I feel like I have two new friends and my vehicle was in very good hands!!! THANK YOU!!!

Alex was beyond helpful! Great guy & was super quick and efficient! Best interaction I’ve ever had with a tow service & I’ve generally had very good interactions with all. Alex is definitely one of the best in the field. Highly recommend Whites Towing & they will be my exclusive goto from now on.

Alex was great! Company vehicle door latch got stuck locked with the door open and he was fast, helpful, great at communicating with both me and the car’s regular mechanic 200+ miles away to make sure I could get home. I just wish he was closer to where I live in case I ever needed help with any road side problems!

Called six other wrecker services for a slight mechanical problem on a door lock of a van. None of the six had the time of day for my problem. Called WHITES TOWING SERVICE in Murfreesboro and a man named ALEX was willing to help in any way he could. Was extremely nice, fixed the problem and got a van full of people on there way. They will definitely be in my contacts for any future problems in the Nashville area. Thank you Alex
