WhiteWater Express Car Wash

I have been a loyal customer at this location for the past 3–4 years when it was previously Time to Shine. The staff there was always helpful and willing to assist customers when needed. Unfortunately, since the ownership change to WhiteWater Express Car Wash, the level of service and customer care has noticeably declined. I drive a tall truck that requires the retractors to be lowered in order for the windshield to actually get cleaned. In the past, employees would simply adjust this setting without issue. Since the new ownership took over, I’ve repeatedly been told it is “against policy,” even though one employee did it for me on another visit with no problem. When the retractors are left up, the windshield is not properly cleaned. I’ve asked employees to scrub it by hand with the brush

I have been a customer with “TIME TO SHINE” for many years(since they first opened) .. they recently changed their name or were bought out and are now White Water Express ..at this particular location these people want to be police officers instead of car washers.. focus on teaching employees how to scrub the front and back of vehicles properly before entering the wash.. since that’s what you all do now..Instead of focusing on why my sticker isn’t on my car. Pull up my phone number and you will see that I have been a customer for at least five years.. as payments came out faithfully . whenever I come to this wash, it tells them exactly what vehicle has the subscription Unsubscribed

I've been experiencing persistent issues at this Time To Shine location, which has led me to cancel my membership. The spray nozzles often do not spray the entire car, with the graphene wash only working partially and weak tire shine output. The buffer doesn’t start on time, only kicking in once it reaches the windshield and occasionally leaving a greasy, cloudy residue. It also stops early, before reaching the rear of the car. The rollers that push the car don’t push it all the way out of the tunnel, leaving the car stuck. You have to put the car in gear to fully exit, even though the light hasn’t turned green. The worst part, however, is the unreliable towel service. On multiple occasions, towels were either out of stock or covered in debris like leaves, making them less effective. The

I had a member ship for almost a year, I stopped it due to my car was never getting clean, no prewash, dust still on back of car. Time to shine needs to do better for there price. I can go to a gas station car wash, cheaper and does better job. Don't waste your money

Came through expecting to get a normal single wash, but after learning about the single wash for a month deal, I took it. The worker whose name was Ben Ramacy explained the offer very well, and I was sold!!! 10/10 Customer service!!!
