Why Buy New Autos

Hands down this was best truck buying experience I’ve ever had. Very friendly staff. They didn’t try to over sell me. The vehicle was clean and exactly like the pictures. (No hidden damage like I found at another dealer here locally). The financing woman actually haggled with the finance company to get me a lower rate. I will definitely buy my next company vehicle here.

My girlfriend really liked the female-dynamic in the sales office and was hoping to buy a Transit from them. Unfortunately, you can get a better deal somewhere else as they do not negotiate - including items like warranties where these used car dealers earn and arbitrage. Suppose we should have known this considering they have 3-stars, but we’ve had great success with other used car dealers in the area who are willing to negotiate and looking forward to buying the exact same van from one of them, with a warranty (which as you can read in the reviews here, you’ll need) at $6,000 less than the one here - all in, out the door! Their loss, just informing customers to not waste their time here.

Ok, long story short: I'M PLEASED!!! Today (10/26/2021) I took delivery of a 2012 Ford F150 Regular cab. A "no frills" XL model. How many miles on her? 17,644. I'd been looking at this truck for a loooooong time, and I'm so glad I got it! This truck is in Pristine condition! The plastic, wiring, paint, seats, EVERYTHING is in like new condition! I bought van like this in 2013 (a 1998 Ford E350 with 22,000 miles on it) which had been a GSA vehicle and these rigs last and last if you do the maintenance as you should. I bought this truck "sight unseen" which can be a little nerve racking. But Michelle took the time to check on issues I wanted checked on (such as rust.....which this rig has none of) so I'm well pleased with this purchase. I also purchased a warranty for peace of mind! The people at Why Buy New were helpful until it was time to help me. I bought a truck from them I did not buy a warranty with the truck, 30 days after I bought the truck I had a charging problem it ended up costing me about a thousand dollars to repair the truck. I reached out to Why Buy New for some help with this problem. They basically told me to pound sand and go away. So Buyer be ware and know that when you buy a truck from these people, you are on your own when you drive off the lot.

Very helpful staff. They were not pushy at all like allot of places are. We drove 6 hours to look at their trucks and it was worth it. We must of spent two hours on the lot comparing trucks till we settled on one. They had no problem letting ous test drive multiple trucks to make sure we got the one we needed. They even included a bed liner and rack with the truck. The only down side was we are Ford guys and ended up buying a Chevy, was the best bang for the buck and had the better engine.
