Thanks great equipment pulled 180 ft at 40 ft drop good for business!

Horrible experience, they call themselves a Trades Spec Shop but they are far from that. We bought a heavy haul tri axle Pete from them in late March and instead of taking it home like it was, we figured let them do it since they were " Trade Spec Shop". For the short and sweet version what ever they touched had to be touched again and fixed properly. We lived 6 hours from them and we came down to pick the truck up, that we were told was done and ready to go, get down there it and we test drive it and had a horrible noise coming from the drive train that they supposedly couldn't hear, so left it for them to fix and took them another two weeks before it was done, and on the way home the noise came back. All I can say if they have a truck you like, look it over with a fine tooth comb and buy

Steve Wilcox, owner of Wilcox Truck Sales is NOT an honest person. We were looking at a dump truck, The bed would NOT go down all the way, Steve Wilcox said, he greased the cylinder on a dump truck, saying it just needed grease. He said, works fine now. He was asked if he would do a 30 day warranty and he would NOT. This guy lied, STEVE WILCOX, is why salesmen have a bad name. He is being reported to Better Business Bureau.

Good place to do business

Good and organized place, friendly employees and environment. Knowledgeable to questions and very helpful. Good working trucks and very reliable for the long haul.
