Winner Chevrolet Service

Beware of Jeff Knolls. He is a Liar and a Scammer. All Women & Elderly, BEWARE! I called to have a Diagnostic/find out what was wrong with My vehicle. Each Chevrolet dealership in Delaware quoted the same standard price $189.99. After speaking with Chuck in Service on FridayI had My vehicle towed there. Service was scheduled for Monday. On Tuesday I received a call from Jeff Knolls telling Me the price is $645.50 to find out why My vehicle starts then shuts off. He said, he saw tools on my passenger seat, therefore he knows the vehicle has a lot of problems. I was looking for something in My glove compartment, leaving a wrench on the seat. When I went into the office @ Winner he pushed an Order form with $645.50 & asked "Are you going to sign? This price wasn't for any repairs or labor ju

Told me what I had feared was true and got the steering rack replaced as well the sway bar fortunately the power steering isn't broke. Great job on the repairs.

I took my new Equinox EV in to have all weather mats and a cargo cover installed. The service was fine, and took considerably less time than I was expecting.

Always excellent customer service in the repair facility. Clean waiting room, with coffee and water etc. Bathrooms are very clean. I work from there and the Wifi is great. Excellent cutomer service by Steve and Dave service reps. Reasonable prices and you can trust their repair assessments.
