I came in to get an Oil change at 9am and to have my car test drive to see what shaking issue was they had my car for HOURS..!! o was thinking oil change test drive maybe hour tops no way I had drop it off 9am like said then I did NOT GET MY CAR BACK TILL 5 had known better I would of not even probably received my vehicle same Day the techs Mechanics goes home at 4 they also take hour lunch break so if I don’t go into the dealer my self after so manny hours wouldn’t have known or gotten call back was all day very stressful only have one vehicle I missed whole days of work my wife Diabetic her sugars weee getting dangerously low had walk get food it was STRESSFUL NEVER EVER AGAIN NOTHING WAS OFFERED to make it right or service discount something just was all day whole 8 hour shift for oil c
