I went to have an oil change, tire rotation and multi-point inspection done on my 2021 CRV Hybrid. The service I got from Jessica was excellent. I got my car in quicker than I thought, which was great. The lobby where I waited was comfortable, had good coffee and filtered water. The price was a little more expensive than the competition, in the past they used to price match any advertised price, but it was worth it to me as this was the closest dealer to me, I can get in and out, most importantly they offer excellent customer service. I bought my 2025 civic brand new back in March 2025 to replace my 220,000 mile 2016 Civic that got wrecked in an accident. Upon driving home, I noticed a small pin prick on the Piano Black steering wheel surround. Think it was not a big deal because my left thumb came no where near the part I ignored. Three months later that whole area looked like it was attacked by a wood pecker. I brought the car to Winter Honda and the dealership put in a warranty claim. To my disappointment, two weeks later I was notified by Winter Honda that corporate Honda declined my warranty request. But there is a happy ending. I continuously use Winter Honda for 10 years servicing my Honda's , and did not have any any major issues. Mileage is at 250+K, but CRV is reliable for daily commute to SF Bay Area.
