Do not recommend! Extremely poor communication, major delays, run around. Just overall horrible experience. Between my insurance company and this collision center, I have had to spend $3000 out of pocket for a car rental just because of all the delays. They couldn’t figure out how to fix a simple issue on my car, did not communicate promptly, stated that they called me but yet I have no missed calls. Emails either unanswered or answered late. Most of my communication was because I called and half the time no one answered the phone after calling many times and then I was told that they didn’t get a missed call from me. Just horrible experience. Do not use this company. Still waiting on my car to be fixed and now they said they have to send it to Honda to figure it out yet another weekend of

I spoke to Courtney at Winter Park Collision about some oxidation and clearcoat breakdown on my 2017 Ford Mustang on the upper part of the front bumper. She said it would take 3 days to complete the job. After receiving a quote for the work, I decided to go ahead with the project. After day 3, she informed me it was going to take another day to complete the work. I was skeptical at first, but after I picked up the car, I was very impressed with the job that was done. It was a beautiful job and a perfect match that looked brand new! I would recommend this company to do any future body work or repairs!

The employees are polite, but their work is shoddy at best. They had my car for almost a month for repairs following a collision. A few days after getting the car back I had to return it to them as they put the used wheel bearings back in, and they had to be replaced. They also failed to properly reinstall my engine splash guard and it started dragging the ground. Not to mention the hood wasn’t lined up properly, and they broke some of my clips for my lower bumper cover trim. The worst part is I followed all of their post care instructions for the new paint job, but about a month after they finished it the new paint began to bubble and peel. Had I not moved to a new state I’d take it back and make them fix it. If your car requires a paint job, RUN!!!! Next time I will take my car to a Ford

Winter Park Collision Center performed and outstanding job repairing my new Kia which was hit in a parking lot with 1600 miles on the odometer. My car looks new again. Work was done in just over a week, and needed parts were already on hand when I brought the vehicle in. Courtney was always helpful and kept me up to date and even helped to smooth rental car pickup and dropoff.

My husband and I have never once written a negative review for a business. We know mistakes happen or someone might be having a bad day and we always extended grace because of that. However we felt the need to warn others of the experience we have had due to safety negligence of their repairs and the lack of properly repairing the damages that totaled close to $17,000.
