I wanted my $5 back. I don't use your car wash. I tried to use your shampooer and learned that your facility is just not good. So this token you mailed me is useless, and insulting. I didn't spend(waste) monopoly dollars at your business. Why would you mail it to me? Edit: You should've asked first. Now we're both annoyed. I just want my $5. I own a shampoo machine, but it was midnight so I thought I'd be courteous to my neighbors. $15 in washes surely costs you next to zero on a month to month basis, but would refunding a fiver cause layoffs? I paid for the highest wash, and after i pulled in and stopped when it said to, and it never started working. I looked everywhere for a number to call. There was no number posted. I looked it up on Google, called the number it gave me, and got no answer. So I lost the money.

Paid $10 soft touch.I realize for a drive through car wash it won't get it as clean as if you hand wash it...I get that but for $10 it should do better. It left streaks of sand/dirt on my hood and around my door handles. It didn't get the bugs off the front on my vehicle. For $10 I expected a little better. Won't get the $8 or $10 wash again.

Having the monthly is sure with it . Would have done 5 starts but it's not always working right

One of the best self service wash that i have found. Up keep very well. Clean. The only thing is i have big truck and i wish the soap brush hose was longer. Overall a great car wash
