had a fantastic experience with Action auto service. The staff was friendly and professional, explaining the repairs thoroughly without any upselling. They gave a clear estimate upfront, kept me updated throughout, and finished the work on time. My car is running smoothly now, and I appreciated the fair pricing and transparency. Ira is a really nice, friendly, laid back and polite guy, but I cannot recommend this shop and don’t think I will go back to them after the last project I had this shop work on. I had taken my car to have some electrical aftermarket work done before and this place did a great job with it so naturally I trusted them and came back when I had more work I wanted done to my car, after that project I can’t say that I would recommend this shop because of the way the project was handled and the lack of what I felt would have been proper resolution. So the first project was an aftermarket imported light kit that tied into the headlights and turn signals; as I said they did a great job with that. I've taken several different vehicles to this shop because of the great service they provide. How quickly they diagnose and fix any issues the vehicles have. The price, and most of all because they treat you fairly and like family. Keep up the great work you guys do there. Highly recommend this shop.

Got new brakes and rotors, the whole nine yards. Picked up my car and driving home, they were squeaking like crazy. I ended up breaking my foot so I couldnt take the car back immediately… so I had my friend who is a mechanic look... they never greased or lubed the brakes up after changing them. Literally the most important part for a mechanic to do after putting in new brakes, and they didnt do it. Was this on purpose so I would come back? Highly do not recommend.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP. Completely scammed and took advantage of my friend (who doesn’t know much about cars) by overcharging a total of 12 hours for what they call a “repair” on a front core support. They keep stating this was a good repair when for that same price a body shop could have swapped the entire radiator support with an OEM part. When complained about the outrageous charge they lied about the story and changed their motive as soon as the money was in their hands. They did an extremely poor quality job using 4 cheap pieces of angle steel and booger welded it to the SUBFRAME. They also mis-diagnosed a bad head gasket on the car which upon pick up was even smoking coolant out the exhaust. They refused to give any credit or refund. Now have to junk the car, out $1,500.00 for enti
