Tommy was very quick and he was careful with the car. I was concerned that maybe there would be some scuffing of plastic because the front of the car is low to the ground, but there was none and he was careful with attaching the vehicle to the flatbed.

Had a great experience this evening with Joel towing my car. He was a professional and ensured I stayed warm in this bitter cold evening. Car was secured and strapped well! I’d recommend their service to anyone needing a quick tow!

The driver was very polite, respectful and professional. I appreciated the thorough process of documenting photographs before and after having the vehicle towed. Their customer service was excellent and felt they went above and beyond to ensure their customers did not experience any added stress. Highly recommend for emergency situations!

Jeremy was quick fast and efficient! Knew what he was doing and when he gave me an estimated time he would arrive he was there. Worked quickly to get my vehicle loaded and me off the highway. Would definitely use his service again. I would actually give him 10 stars!

So my Tesla died and the vehicle was totally locked up and there was nothing you could do, however, Mike came and took care of it and saved the day. He got it safely in his flatbed and to Tesla for service.. He’s very friendly and knowledgeable and I would recommend him anytime to help you out.
