I have had an excellent experience with this auto shop. Brian was knowledgeable, straightforward, and very easy to work with. I truly appreciated how reasonable their pricing was and that there was no pressure to approve unnecessary repairs. Went in for a differential noise in my 2014 Mustang. After over a week of it being in the shop I was told the pinion gear was discontinued by Ford. Bummer. I do a little more research and find that, yes, the Ford 8.8 is discontinued but that it is one of the most common differentials used in Ford cars and that there are reputable brands which make OEM standard or higher replacements not offered to me. So I paid $200 for the brand new diff fluid to be replaced and with all the time left sitting, my alternator and battery died to which they quoted me $1000 to replace and fix. $500 just for the alternator PART. I replaced them myself in their parking lot, still have the issue with my differential, and will now need to replace the gears somewhere where they tell the truth straight up and take
