Woodie's Auto Service & Repair Centers

I read the reviews before deciding on Woodie's. There were some negative ones, but I'm glad I ignored them. Ryan and Billy were friendly, explained the process, and notified me of the results. They fixed my vehicle quickly and completely.

Riley was professional, courteous and helpful in the highest form. We had to bring the car in as a result of shoddy service from another company and the wrong was made right by Riley and team. Woodys has “earned” my trust and hope they keep it cause I don’t plan on going anywhere else for auto repair.

I have always had good experiences when dealing with Woodie's. Mr. Riley and Billy both welcomed me with warm greetings, and gave superb customer service. Got thorough inspections and service on my vehicle as well, no complaints! I'd give them a 10 if I could, but 5 is as high as it goes. I will most certainly be back in the future, my car & I have found a new home. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed!!!

The service writers and the mechanic were all courteous and professional and insured I knew every thing that was needed to be done. They explained the delay which was due to the replacement part being unusable requiring a replacement. I will recommend them to any one I know that needs a quality auto service team.

Brought my car in with very specific problems occurring, paid nearly $2k to try and get those issues resolved, and days later the same exact issue I was experiencing prior to bringing the car in, started happening again. Had to bring vehicle elsewhere to get the actual problem resolved. I called Woodies to express my concerns with spending $2k at their shop only to have the same exact issues with my car occur again, and the individual who I was speaking with wasn’t very professional and could care less about any concerns I had. In fact he insinuated I was lying multiple times. Just my experience. That being said, they do have some nice and courteous staff there (aside from the guy I mentioned above), particularly their shuttle driver. Great dude, and a pleasure to talk with while he’s tak
