I’m going to try to be civil, starting with 2 stars instead of 1. Had my upper control arms warrantied today, took some but woolfords finally agreed. I had ball joints fail back in April, left drivers side wheel broke off, luckily I was almost home driving around 15mph, instead of the 70mph I was just driving on the 61. Anyway, got it towed for $250 to woolfords. Only been in the white mountains for about a year and a half so didn’t know anything about local mechanics. Woolfords repaired my truck and I agreed to having them replace ball joints/control arms on driver side as well, $2200. So tie rod failed so I took it to Az Suspension who told me, ball joints and tie rods were already bad. I took that info to woolfords , they insisted it was just a bad tie rod and warrantied it. 99.9% sure an employee who works here stole my 3 chairs and tent canopy on July 3rd after setting it up. AND my paracord. We set up near friends in the same spot every year. Got there on the 4th for the parade, and everyone else had their stuff there, only ours was gone. This young white guy with curley hair, about 5'10'', maybe late 20's homeboy was the only one who was there. He was spraying something down outside the garage, staring at my wife while setting up for the 4th. Then, after wrapping up, jumps in this Malibu and follows us for a couple of streets like a creep. Happy to talk to a manager or owner so I can get my $80 bucks worth of stuff back. Even if the guy had a problem with me parking in their lot for 5 min or whatever, does not give the right to steal my stuff. IF it was

I highly recommend these guys. My experience with them has been outstanding. I have a late-model Chevy pickup that was experiencing an electrical problem that would cause the vehicle to randomly stop and not start again. I took the vehicle into Wolford’s garage; they diagnosed the problem and found out it was merely a loose cable. They fixed the problem, with no BS, not trying to sell me unnecessary parts or services. These people were above all honest, efficient, and a real pleasure to work with! I will be using them for any and all of my future mechanical needs. Chris

I’m new in town and I had a 1974 Ford that wasn’t running. I went to Woolford’s and Jerry towed it over to his garage and got it running in two days! He charged me a very fair price. I’m very thankful for Jerry’s knowledge and his honesty. I highly recommend him to anyone.
