My 2019 F150 needed a new transmission. I had mechanical car insurance but the local Ford dealership told me they didn't accept it. World Tech did and they made my experience a wonderful one. The entire service department were terrific. I can't thank Nikko enough for his professionalism, knowledge and follow through. He was great. Ross, Niko and Mike and the technicians did a great job at diagnosing and repairing my 2011 Audi A5 Cab. The written diagnosis along with pictures backing up their findings were invaluable in helping me decide to move forward with repairs. True Professionals.

I’ve had great experiences here in the past with the owner, Ross, and the other service reps, which makes this review disappointing to write. In June, I brought my BMW in for a diagnosis that needed to be submitted to my third-party warranty company. I was told World Tech would handle the claim, and when I followed up later, I was told the service rep, Nico, couldn’t get a hold of the warranty provider — which I understood, because third-party warranty companies can be difficult to reach. However, I only found out the truth months later in September. I went in to pick up a printout of the diagnostic report and asked another rep, Mike, for a copy. He was very helpful and printed it for me. While he was doing that, Nico overheard and dismissively told me that the warranty claim had been d

Stopped in for an inspection sticker on the way to the RMV for a road test. They said there were 2 ahead of me and the wait would be an hour (shoulda known then there was something wrong with this place, since inspections don’t take that long). After waiting patiently for almost 90 minutes, I was told there was something wrong with my car’s computer and they couldn’t connect. I had to reschedule my road test because there was no time left to try alternatives, but on the way back from the RMV I stopped at a place up the street and they hooked me up in a flash. Still don’t know if World Tech had bad equipment or just wanted to break for lunch, but they caused a bit of a logistical nightmare in my life.

I had to have a fairly extensive mechanical service done to my car. It needed to be done right away and the guys at World Tech Auto were more than gracious and got me in the same day. They do impeccable work and I never think about getting a second quote or going elsewhere to have work done. I received my car back in less one day with everything working beautifully. Thanks guys for once again taking great care of me.
