Alex and family treated me well and seemed to take care of making sure I was all set. After reading their description of the vehicle, I did a test drive and bought the vehicle. But the vehicle, which was listed as close to perfect condition as could be, had multiple problems that I ended up needing to get fixed right away. While the cars on the lot look pretty, please be wary that it does not tell the whole story. I reached out to Alex to share the concerns but the message was ghosted. Never heard from him again! Don’t trust anything and I suggest bringing a mechanic with you for the test drive. Gorgeous luxury vehicles, but buyer beware! I would not buy another vehicle from there based on my experience.

Absolutely terrible dealership. Bought a BMW X5 from them and had it shipped to me with the impression it was in great condition. Pictures were taken to make the vehicle look prestine when in fact it was not even close to that. I asked several times to send me close up pictures of any imperfections on the vehicle. Upon taking delivery and looking at the shipping companies inspection report, I was absolutely disgusted. Dozens of paint chips, dents and dings all over. Every body panel had been repainted. There was a physical hand print in the clear coat on the fuel filler door. Passenger front door was repaired very poorly. The rear hatch had been repainted very poorly. Inquired about the damage and never heard a word back from them. The salesman/owner of the company is a very dishonest and

Alex was very pleasant to talk to. My Honda Oddysey still looks and rides like new!

Bought a vehicle but shortly after leaving lot found there was a $1000 AC issue and a $150 crankcase over pressure issue that did not show on the test drive. Should have drove it longer and faster to determine there was a problem. Both issues should have been identified and fixed prior to selling.
