Please never trust these shop. They charge me $1500 for side window change and they gave me a different price by the phone. Be careful with them.

THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS TERRIBLE! Kenworth makes great trucks. I currently have 15 of them. I'm not far from Worldwide Summerville at all. Maybe 15 minutes but I don't go there for nothing but parts. I would take my trucks anywhere else to get worked on but never there. I decided to give them a chance because I couldn't remember why I stopped going there and found out pretty quick what I obviously forgot. THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS TERRIBLE! My 2024 t880 had an issue where it would blow the fuse for the rear lights. I spoke to someone about it and they told me what they thought it could be. I told them I had this problem before with a different truck and I didn't agree with his assessment but I'm not a mechanic so I gave him the benefit of the doubt. Always have the parts that we need or they go above and beyond to get them. Also, there prices are fair, and the delivery time is prompt. Appreciate this company.
