Very disappointed with the service and overall experience I brought my car to this auto body shop on April 29, 2024. From the beginning, we were assured that the work would be done properly and without major delays. But in reality, no work was started for over three months — the car just sat there until early August. The delay was caused by an inflated estimate of $16,000, which led to long negotiations between Kenneth and our insurance company. The repair was not completed until September 13 — nearly four and a half months later. When we arrived to pick up the car, Kenneth unexpectedly demanded an additional $1,000. I had such a positive experience with Wreck Effects! The communication was always spot on. They’re one of the only body shops I found that allowed me to pay out of pocket instead of dealing with paying through insurance (which I greatly appreciated). The staff I spoke with was always kind and helpful. Reno, the manager did everything he could to make the process smooth. He even delivered my car to my home in time for me to make it to work the day they finished fixing my car. I’ve never had such a painless experience when dealing with car issues.
