My family were in a car, driving Upstate to take my elderly mother to the hospital, when the car was making the most agonizing (and terrifying) noise. I looked up repair shops near the hospital and this blessed place came up first. Tino and co. were so respectful of our situation and promised to have us on the road very soon and we indeed were. Many thanks to them and their extreme kindness and professionalism.

Luis is a problem solver. My jeep sat at the dealership for a month. They couldn't fix it. Had it towed to Z Bros and Luis fixed it in 2 hours (mice had chewed a wire. He tracked it down and fixed it)

I recently had the unfortunate experience of a breakdown in Westchester. It was incredibly stressful but luckily I was towed to Z Bros in Mt Kisco. They were incredibly helpful and friendly. Luis the mechanic knew exactly what the problem was and told me what parts he needed to order and how long it would take to fix it. His transparency was unprecedented compared to most of my mechanic experiences. The car was fixed within a week and now runs smoothly. If I have any other issues I would gladly use their services.

This place is absolutely horrible. Brought in my car to get the alternator repaired and $1500 later it stops working. Then brought it back to be seen, and they charge $200 for a diagnostic, and then tell me the problem is not related to the alternator. Do not use these people. They’re criminals.

I do not recommend visiting that place, I say it because of the very bad experience that I had ... he called a friend to take my car on the tow truck, a man who is not careful, he hit my car. The work that the mechanic did did not seem to me to be of good quality because he did not change all the parts that needed to be replaced! I took my car to another mechanic and I fix the crutch on the other side and the one that this man did not repair and he charged me 300 dollars cheaper still ... in conclusion, he charges very expensive and does not do his job well.. i know he have to pay bills but i think he just care money
