I had a really great experience When I bought my car from here. Rob helped me purchase my car and he has been amazing ever since he is very helpful and kind. I came in a rush to buy a vehicle, and he had everything printed out and ready for me. The process of purchasing my car was very simple and fast. I really recommend this car dealership. They also Uber you to the dealership, just as one of the many other things that they offer.

I enjoyed working with my salesman Mo at Zaza Moto. I must say that he’s very knowledgeable and explained everything regarding the various aspects of the vehicles I was interested in. Mo was the first salesman that actually wrote down what criteria’s I was looking for. He took the time to search their inventory for every vehicle meeting my criteria. This was very helpful and important to me selecting my vehicle. I highly recommend Zaza Moto and Mo for your next used car purchase.

I drove out of state for this vehicle, and within days it had problem after problem after problem. Refusing to help me pay for anything related to problems popping up. Their suggestion is to drive back to Virginia to have them check it out? Let me get right on that with my CHECK ENGINE LIGHT. LEMON. Also when I spoke with Dalton he laughed like this was funny. So unprofessional.

I was looking for a nice 2010 Cadillac DTS and I stumbled upon this one online. Listing said it was in mint condition with 28k original miles. I called and spoke with salesman Dalton. I asked him if everything worked as it should. I asked him specifics about the air ride and other systems. I was told it passed a strenuous VA state inspection and everything is perfect and that it rides and drives smooth. The car was delivered and it was nothing as described. The air ride suspension has been ripped out and replaced with cheap springs. In fact, I don’t think it was the same car that I saw in the listing photos. It looked like a car that had 100k+ miles on it. Bumps. Bruises. Parking brake hanging down. And it’s been hit on the side and a blind man could tell it’s been hit. Doors uneven. A gap

Surprisingly COOL place with top shelf used inventory. We drove 3.5 hours because of their selection of MINI Coopers and took one home! I’m thrilled! Both Mo - my sales coordinator - and Dalton - the GM - were amazing. Highly recommend!
