I don't usually give reviews, but I cannot leave this time without giving a review. I want to give a big shout-out to zone Auto Tech for an outstanding job on my work truck. My truck left on the road in front of an auto repair shop that I contacted for a quick diagnostic and it was recommended to replace all the rear differential for $5000 parts and labor, Then I called Zone auto tech to towe the truck to them. They diagnosed the issue quickly, explained the problem in plain terms, and completed the repair within 24 hours. The quality of work is excellent, the price was fair- $1200 and the turnaround time was exactly what I was expecting to keep my operations running. came in today to get a small leak fixed, came out with 3 more, a quote of 1700 and a million questions. considering I got all of these things replaced 2 years ago I have a hard time believing they didn’t do this. I’ve been under my truck hundreds of times and some how I haven’t seen any of these things? after the mechanic test drove it, it came back exploding coolant from the radiator keep in mind this has literally never happened before. This is the first time I’ve seen a hose, and or a radiator leak from this truck. And keep in mind I had the entire engine bay swapped and fixed 2 years ago, so as to how this happened im not sure

Took my 2017 Dodge Durango to this repair shop. Everything was fine until what they claimed they fixed was not fixed. They kept my truck for two weeks. Week one they checked the fuel pump for them to find out it wasn’t the fuel pump. Week two they said it was electrical issues. Said the fuse box needed to be replaced. Claimed they replaced the fuse box only to pick my truck up and end up broken down a week and half later with the same issue. Had to pay money to have it towed back to the repair shop for them to tell me that it’s having electrical issues again. Then I find out that they replaced the fuse box but did not replace the fuel pump relay (which is apart of the fuse box) because the truck started.
