I work at a automotive shop and we buy parts from them all the time. Great quality parts and great service. Very honest people. One of the delivery drivers found $200 that had fallen out of my bosses pockets and returned it today. That right there tells me we are doing business with the right kind of people.

RE: 1-800-Radiator Rant : I’ve personally dealt and  promoted this company for 25 years. Their guarantee along with labor warranty has always been a plus ! My Friends please read the very fine print at the bottom of your billing. Did you know it’s an extremely limited warranty?  it takes specific things to ever seen adjustment. We install a replacement a/c condenser. We had to sublet the  evacuate and recharge. Before it left that shop the end blew off and discharged the system. ( just over 300 bucks down the drain ) I replaced it with OEM and recharged again. Now I’m over 700 bucks into just the sublet. I turned in a labor claim ( 1st one ever ) I was told because I didn’t replace the condenser with another one from them they had no responsibility for the loss.  Furthermore, they

I'm very grateful and impressed with the service of 1-800 Radiator. My mechanic replaced my radiator almost 10 years ago with a radiator from 1- 800 Radiator and it has sprung leak. Although they offer a lifetime warranty, I was skeptical that they would actually cover it especially now that I have moved to Boise, ID. The representative offered to drive over to the mechanic that I used and gather all of the information needed to provide me with a replacement. 30 minutes later he called me back and asked for details to arrange the delivery of my new radiator. Genuinely nice people who care about their customers and have a personalized and thorough approach to helping you get the parts you need in good condition. It was less expensive to get my radiator here than online, but even if it was more expensive, I would make the effort to buy here instead.
