1-800 Radiator & A/C-Pharr

Horrible customer service, my mechanic purchased the lifetime A/C Compressor. After 2 plus years it gave out. I tried to replace it and the manager did not want to honor the lifetime warranty. I "DO NOT" recommend my fellow first responders to buy from this establishment. There's nothing but "FALSE ADVERTISEMENT". I feel I got robbed and will be looking into filing a Police Report.

I went there today because I have life time warranty on my compressor because I bought the condenser because I was told that was the only way to get life time warranty. As I walk in I bring the old compressor was not lock or damaged just making a noise, so I brought it back before the compressor could lock up.. I ask if I can't get a new compressor and shown my invoice to prove i bought the compressor even tho they have me in the system.. so the lady looks my invoice up and see i do have life time warranty, so instead of her exchanging my compressor she started to make a big deal out the fact I didn't want to replace my condenser just the compressor, so she insist to get the manger to talk me into returning my condenser.
