I’m beyond grateful for this shop. I came in stressed about my car, and Juan treated me with so much kindness and respect from the start. The work was done professionally and at a very reasonable price, especially compared to the other estimates I received, which were honestly outrageous. I needed my front bumper painted from a minor parking lot incident. My car is a dark blue Tesla and an estimate from the Tesla app was outrageous. So I did nothing for months. My son's mother in law purchased a car in Tinley Park after the holidays and the salesman mentioned he knew a great place to get body work done. My son texted Juan at 3J Auto Body and sent him some photos of the damage. Juan sent back a quote and it was 90% lower than the Tesla quote. I called him and told him I'd be in town the following week for my grandson's birth. Not only was Juan talented, responsive and professional, he asked about my new grandon. Highly recommend 3 J Auto Body, Juan provided excellent customer service throughout the process of the repairs. The quality is outstanding, I was amazed at how my vehicle looked after. The paint match and overall repair of the vehicle are beyond expectations. They were also able to paint on carbon fiber parts, I could not find anyone in the area that was able to paint on carbon fiber, but Juan did an amazing job, I highly recommend them. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Juan at 3J Auto Body! I was referred by our mechanic and called to make an appointment to have some issues looked at. Juan was kind, professional, and courteous on the phone, and surprised me by saying he could take a look at it today if I wanted. The outstanding service continued from the moment I entered the shop, where I was greeted warmly and offered a bottle of water while I waited for Juan to finish up with another customer. After evaluating the damage, Juan made his recommendations for repairs, and although I was expecting to make an appointment to have the work done, he said he could complete it right then and there if I had a few minutes. The workmanship is impeccable. I had two very deep, rock-sized dents in the hood of my Jeep. Possibly caused by highway debris. The dents needed to be filled in and then painted. (Laymans terms.)
