Jiffy Lube

Went in for an oil change. Was welcomed nicely and was walked with to the office and was told to wait. Then I was asked to come outside and was told about the services being made. Was told the car was getting a synthetic oil change and that the cabin filter was being changed. I never mentioned that I wanted it changed and I was told about the extra service as the guy was changing the part. I asked about what the part would cost in case i wanted to do it myself and he said only a few bucks less and that it was being done already. I didn’t want to argue and have something done to the car if I did ask to change it back so I just went with it. Two oil changes ago my nearest shop had fox news on and I kinda lost it on them so I don't go there anymore lol. I've chosen to go to this jiffy lube I drive by on the way to my latest job and the from the first to last interaction there, it was awesome. I picked them up donuts from dunkin next door. They got you covered on coffee with a stylish keurig and two of the best kirkland blends on tap in the waiting area. I will go there next time im due for an oil change. They also shot me a price on rear breaks and it was affordable enough for me to choose not to do them myself lol

Wonderful customer for real only took 20 minutes for my oil change. Made me feel comfortable, it was reasonably priced, and had a coupon online. The whole staff is just wonderful and very knowledgeable.

The 3 gentlemen working there are polite & professional. Jiffy Lube is the fastest most efficient service. Beats that other company that falsely alleges 5 minute service. Also it's better to get out of the car and maybe drink some of the complimentary coffee ☕️ and use the bathroom. Before you know, the job has been done. I recommend them to everyone that I know.

We recently took our car to Jiffy Lube on Oakton St. for a routine oil change. The process started off fine— the staff was quick to get the car in, and while working on it, they pointed out that one of our light bulbs wasn’t functioning properly. They offered to replace it, and we agreed, thinking it’d be a simple fix. That turned out to be a huge mistake. What should’ve been a quick visit stretched into a frustrating ordeal lasting over two hours. After the long wait, they informed us they didn’t even have the right bulb in stock and suggested we come back in a couple of days to finish the job. We left, not realizing they’d left everything disconnected— none of the lights in that headlight worked at all. We returned to have them fix the mess, and they reconnected everything, or so we tho
