I do not recommend this shop. Long story short: I bought 8 brand-new Yokohama drive tires (virgin, new). The truck’s alignment was fine, with even tire wear all around, but I asked them to double-check the alignment just to be safe. Their mechanic worked extensively on the truck — adding shims, adjusting and making multiple changes that were completely unnecessary. An hour later, they said everything is done, I paid the invoice, and left. Right away, the truck didn’t feel right. The steering wheel was crooked, and the truck pulled to the right. At first, I thought it might be the wind. A couple of months later, I came back because my steer tires (Michelin) were almost worn out — after only about 35,000 miles since that alignment. All workers have a pleasant face with a helping mentality even the manager is the best leader for them. They fix everything really fast, faster than we think.
