Very good experience with Schaeffer Auto Body. Due to the circumstances of the damage to my car, I needed a very accurate estimate which Schaeffer understood and accommodated. I appreciated they were willing to pick my car up from my house as I wanted to get repairs started but had driving restrictions due to a medical issue. They offered to bring it back once repairs were done but by then I could resume driving. I really appreciated the automated updates I received from when my car was checked in and thru when it was ready for pickup.

Very friendly and professional staff. My car was fixed nicely I'm very satisfied. The repair was done in a very timely manner and I was informed of the progress all through out. I will highly recommend them to any of my friends or everyone . Keep up the good work .job well done.

They sent me a message that my car is ready for pick up. When I arrived, the first thing they made me do is signing the documents, THEN the employee informed me that actually one part is still missing and I will have to come back next week. Then I noticed that the color of some the new parts don't match the original and their employee LIED to me that what I had was not original and if I seach my car with the vin number, I will see that their color is correct. I searched and I have a proof that they were lying to my face. Today I called to ask to resolve this situation, and the manager refused to talk with me. Promised to call me tomorrow. Well, let's wait and see...

I brought my work van in because the rear door wasn't closing. The mechanic tighten a couple bolts on the latch, and made a few adjustments. I was on the road in minutes. Thank you so much !

Schaeffer Auto Body was the only shop who took my car for an estimate the day after my accident. All the other approved by State Farm Body shops gave me between one and three monts appointment waiting time for an estimate only! They were very nice and updated me with timeline and every step of the repair. I am extremely satisfied with how my car was taken care of. Theresa and Dave are the best. Highly recommend!
