My experience with cosmetics collision repair was very good from my first meeting with Jesus Nunez to my last meeting when I picked up my vehicle. Their workmanship was outstanding and the attention to detail was amazing. They even detailed the car prior to my getting it back, so it was spotless when I drove it home. Based on my experience with them, I would recommend them to anyone who has need of repair services.

Cosmetic Collision went above and beyond to work through our insurance, make the necessary body and alignment repairs, and support our family as we had to coordinate the details a state away. They understood the demands our family was facing with taking care of aging, disabled parents, so they took extra steps to help with repairing a tire and replacing wipers, both of which needed attention, but they took care of so we could do so in a one-stop manner to ease the stress on our family. They really put their heart into their work and the people behind it.

Excellent body car repair and customer service. My experience with this company was truly remarkable.. I dropped off my car and my friend was supposed to pick me up but he had a family emergency and was therefore unable to do so. I mentioned to Jesus that I (being 79 years old} was very apprehensive about having to use shared ride service for the first time. Upon hearing this, Jesus immediately offered to have me driven home by Juan. Jesus informed me that my car should be ready late the next day.Juan was very friendly and professional. I tried to give him a small monetary compensation which he graciously declined. Around 1 PM the following day, Jesus called and said that my car was ready and that Juan was on his way to pick me up. Jesus and Mario were exceptionally helpful. We were hit from behind so dealing with another persons insurance. The whole thing was such a pain but Cosmetic made it easy - they dealt with the insurance directly, managed additional damage discovered and ordering parts, kept me up to date and got the car done quicker than expected. They even dropped the car off when I couldn’t get to them before closing on a Friday when I was home with the baby. The car is good as new and it was the easiest part of the whole stressful process.
