5 Star Express Car Wash

1-Star Review – Extremely Disappointed with Management at 5 Star Express Carwash I have been a loyal member since the location opened in August 2023 and have used the car wash almost every single week. This complaint is not made lightly — it comes from real experience. There are two entrances. I normally enter from Highway 321 on the side that passes the tire air station. That route has a sharp blind curve right before you reach the wash entrance. On my most recent visit, a large black drum (the kind used for trash or barriers) was sitting closer to the road then the side. Becouse of the blind curve and it being further in the road I didn’t see it in time and clipped it with the side of my car. I explained the safety issue to the manager, Racquell. I pointed out that a simple fluorescent s

I got the 19$ car wash and still have mud all under my wheel hubs and it tore off my window liners! Safe to say I will not be returning ever again.

With all the snow and the heavy use of calcium chloride on the roads during winter, cars inevitably get pretty dirty. Ever since this 5-star car wash opened, it’s been my go-to spot. Compared to when it first opened, the staff service (thanks, Jordan!) and facility maintenance have remained consistently excellent. As expected, my car comes out sparkling clean after the automatic wash. The vacuum is still powerful, and I especially appreciate the pressure washer that lets you clean the tire treads separately.

5 star value of the membership with all the amenities is outta this world! And the staff is always there to help with anything and super nice Jordan seems to be the one I find most helpful and always egger to help! I really enjoy 5 star and keep up with the good work with clean insides mainly the sanitary bathrooms as well!

This car wash is nice but realistically at busy times it feels that the people who are members get punished because we all have to wait in an extremely long line to get through the wash while the one time visitors get the advantage basically because they have a much shorter line and we don’t have an option to go into the other line with the membership. And with that, the employees STRONGLY push the membership. I will watch people who drive into the wash 5 minutes after me get through the wash 5 cars ahead of me. I just think there is a better process to be had with it.
