Brad is incredibly kind and helpful. He also doesn’t overcharge young women like me who might not have as much car knowledge. I would say him and AJs Tire have the most fair prices in Boone but Brad is by far the most pleasant to communicate with.

Brad is the only mechanic I've trusted for the last 15 years. He's honest, fair and reliable. I hesitate to even recommend him because I don't want him getting too busy.

This place is fantastic! Brad is a really kind person and very knowledgeable and professional. He was upfront about everything going on with my car (2005 Sub Outback) and was able to fix the issue I came to him for, diagnosing it as a very easy fix rather than the big repair I was worried it would be, as well as a ball joint issue. He NAILED the estimate he gave me for my repairs and did honest and fantastic work. I would absolutely go to him for any car work that needs to be done and recommend him without hesitation!
