I have to say—I am 100% a loyal customer to these guys after the experience I’ve had with them for window tinting. I had submitted an interest form on their website over the Christmas holiday and Charlie got back to me promptly the day they reopened after the holidays. I told him that I was looking to tint my windows pretty dark for privacy so that I could feel safer when driving alone on long trips to SC and he provided a sound suggestion of tint percentage based on my goals. When I got my car back, I realized it was a bit too dark for me. They accomplished exactly what I wanted and what I asked for, and it was extremely well done — no bubbles, no scratches, the interior remained clean — I just couldn’t see as well as I would’ve liked. We brought our car in for a full interior detailing earlier this week, but unfortunately, the service fell far short of expectations—especially given the $250 price tag. We left our car there from 9am-4pm and the back of the car hadn’t been vacuumed at all, and the second-row middle seat was left down and they didn’t put it up to clean it, and finger prints left all over the inside windows. For a premium detailing service, we expected a much higher level of thoroughness. The results were comparable to what we could have received at a basic car wash like AutoBell for a fraction of the price. Major disappointment.

I had my truck tinted here and also did the 7 year ceramic coating. I was very pleased with both. Charlie is very responsive and does exactly what he says he is going to do. He ran into an issue with something on my truck and called me immediately and was able to fix something someone else has messed up. I was a little hesitant about the ceramic coating at first but it is truly well well worth the money and I would highly recommended having it done. Thanks guys !
