I was on vacation from Florida with my family . I had an oil leak and brought them my van . They were able to diagnose the problem fast . The parts weren't available because I had to leave next day . I recommend anyone on vacation to use locals West . They are honest and treat you like a local ! They gave me estimate and part number so when I get home I have some numbers to go by with my local macanic . I appreciate their honesty and hospitality !

We limped into town in a busted Kia during one of the busiest times of the year. Despite that, Nathan and the team made the time to fit us in and get us back on the road after troubleshooting misfire issues. When additional problems manifested, they helped swap out another coil at no labor cost while cutting us a deal on the part. These guys are honest, up front, keep you in the loop, and are all around great people. Wish we had a shop like this down in Florida. Thanks again!

Talk about customer service? Nathan kept me in the loop the entire time my vehicle was being repaired every step.of the way! I wish I could give m ore than 5 stars!!! My family and I vacationed in Boone over the Independence Day weekend and I broke our Jeep.
