Azalea was absolutely AMAZING!!! So helpful and understanding with the situation I was in. So personable…made the whole experience incredible. She was able to get a great rate quickly and helped me through the whole process! I highly recommend!!!

i was given a quote , 351$ down , just to be told right after they charged my card that we can’t complete the process with the policy because i don’t have a texas ID. okay cool understandable, i was told i’d get my money back in 24 hours, it has now been a week and a day, no money back , i’ve called a million times just for them to forward me to the AMAX in other cities / states , had to come in person twice , just to keep getting the run around , the first time she told me i would get my money the next day for sure , now today i’m being told they don’t know where my money is & can’t let me know anything that’s going on until monday , so yeah i got scammed out of 351$ apparently , go anywhere else but here .
