This place is so good at their job sometimes I come back halfway thru my oil life just to go ahead & get another oil change! Good peoples! They always go above & beyond. I came here because its the best price, but I come back cause the good vibes!!
Love, Love, LOVE!!! These guys always get me right. They wont try to oversell you on stuff you really don't need and my oil changes last longer than ever before because they give the CORRECT amount of oil! Highly recommend!!!
Was terrible. Got the oil change done on 25 grand cherokee, they didn't put gasket on right. I drove to my parents which is about 15 min away, but omw home to Burleson my sensors started flashing "low oil pressure" and my jeep started sputtering and then i was stuck on side of highway. Next day I called and they sent someone from a location close to my place in Burleson (guy was great, prompt and informative). These are the pics he took. I called the bellmead office and said I'm getting my vehicle looked at and will be sending you the bill. He laughed and said its not our problem. Ive never given anyone less than 4 stars and have reviewed places all over America but this one star was earned.
We are adding service trucks constantly to our fleet. Picked up a truck in Plano, Texas. We stopped to get some maintenance done on our way back. Happy to run into Jeff who was very acknowledge and courteous at quick car.Thanks Jeff!!
