Discount Tire

Before anything, please let them know your car is either expensive or sensitive. Came in for a low tire, turned out I had 2 nails. Okay. Then I had 2 bad sensors, but because they can not work on one I had to get both. Okay. Tires were bad apparently. Recommend 2 new tires. Got them. They Wanted to credit 2 tired because they were new, if i got all 4. $1300 in 4 tires and sensors, no credit. A month later and my TPMS system isn't working. Discount tire nor here or there, can fix my sensors. Since I am not local, I drove 1 :15 minutes to get a refund. Nothing. They rather try to fix them again (4th time). Everytime they fix them i have to drive 20 minutes. Heck, I've been driving 20 minutes for a whole month now, same problem! They claim the other store LOCKED THEM SENSORS. what now? Drive

Never busy to the point you gotta wait hours just to begin and that's a really issue with most locations just because they do have such an amazing product and product experience. I make my appointments and do walk-ins here rather than the Waco drive location for the time I save alone.

Ima be real, 4stars maybe. They opened early for a Saturday, which is surprising BUT they just let customers come in, not create a line, didnt ask if anyone had an apt. Everyone seemed nice and helpful. Bathroom was terrible.

I used the online reservation system and showed up 5 minutes early. They did great work, very professional and clear communication, and even though they were busy the work was done within the time they said. I have no complaints and I am very very happy.

I stopped in when my recently purchased uses 2022 Rogue began showing a low tire pressure alert. The representative said that the tread was quite worn, and I decided to replace the set. As a senior driver, I am quite aware of the importance of good tires for safe handling. I needed the tires, but I had to leave for an important doctor's appointment in one hour. They said it would be close, but they believed they could do it. They finished in under one hour, and that was without an appointment!
