O'Reilly Auto Parts

i went in in the morning a the young fella was really helpful in getting what i needed an ordered a part for me to be there the same day, i come back later to pick up my things and another old guy by the name of chris tries to help me, but was trying to tell me they didnt have it and some other bs! At the end i still got my parts even tho he kept saying they didnt have them! Never coming back to this particular store or we throwing hands!

I decided to go to O’Reilly today for the first time to get things needed for an oil change. I was met with poor, unhelpful customer service provided by Chris at Counter #823982, Drawer 3 on 11/30/2025 at 10:12am. When I walked in, I couldn’t immediately see a representative. I had to walk further towards the back of the registers just to find someone and speak to them first. No one greeted me. I thought we could ask for recommendations and explanations on products when needed. I had to call my mom just for more help than Chris provided. And I didn’t appreciate you getting on your phone when you could have been more helpful in the first place. If you didn’t want to work or be helpful today, that’s on you. I recently left another Google review for an O'Reilly Auto Parts store up in Dallas. It was very positive, based mostly on my experience with their employee, Paul, who was a knowledgeable and engaged employee who went out of his way to be helpful, but was also an exceptional human being on a personal level. I wrote that it is possible to get a sense of the ownership of a company (even a publicly-traded corporation) by observing the behavior of employees. So, my opinion of the O'Reilly corporation was definitely positive. I replaced my fan belt and continued on my trip but got no further than Waco when my RV began overheating again. There was an employee stocking the shelves and another employee was outside helping another customer. After waiting for several minutes, I walked up to the employee stocking shelves to ask for assistance. She acted like it was beneath her and said that the other guy was about to come back in. A separate time, I went in to get a thermostat housing. Theirs was $10 more than Autozone (literally next door). I asked if they could price match and the employee said they could not if it is not in stock.

They always have my parts never have to go to a different auto parts store. Keep up the good work guys.
