Genie self serve car wash

Dear Owner- please fix the wand on bay #2 facing the road. Once I put my coins in and it turned on…the wand literally flew out of the holder and went all over!! I had to catch it to avoid it hitting my car - how very it whacked me on the ear first—pretty painful experience. The wand is stuck on high- I swear it’s on crack !

Great customer service. Got my truck super clean after being muddy for awhile. A machine didn’t work or a problem was seen Mahir took care of it! And I mean great customer service sometimes machines go out it’s life it happens we were reimbursed and extra for our troubles! Machines were getting maintenance and fix in a timely manner. Great customer service, thank you Mahir!☺️

I used to like this place (many years ago). Today the change machine didn’t work, the touchless car was didn’t even rinse or dry, the vacuum took what little change I had. I couldn’t rinse my truck off. I spent $11 for nothing!

I like how this car wash is self serve and each bay has a timer, $2.00 to start with 5 minutes and each additional $0.25 adds 1 minute. 5 stars given because of the spray foam and wax.

A decent spot to wash your car. There is one concern, and that is that occasionally when you exchange your dollars for quarters in the exchange machine, it does not even give you quarters and instead keeps the dollar you placed into it. This issue cost me about $3.
