A Pair of Jacks

If you want reliable work done, DO NOT go to Pair of Jacks. It used to be a great shop... now it's an absolute clown show. I scheduled an appointment a month ahead of time, with a deadline they knew about, and they were unable to meet that deadline. Not only that, but they didn't repair wheel barring that i needed done, when they had my vehicle for two days. They called me the evening before I had to travel across the country to inform me that no repairs were made on my vehicle. Now i have to drive 2K miles and hope my vehicle makes it. 1 star cuz I can't give less. Spend a little more to get quality work done.

Absolutely grateful for the care and quick service! While on vacation, four hours from home, my car started shaking and the check engine light began flashing. It was a Sunday, and no mechanics were available, so I had to stay overnight in Virginia, MN. Based on proximity to my hotel downtown and the great reviews, I chose Pair of Jacks—and I’m so glad I did. I arrived right when they opened and spoke with Dan, who was incredibly kind and helpful. He diagnosed the issue quickly and, even with a busy schedule, made time to fit me in. My car was fully repaired and ready to go in just two hours, allowing me to get back on the road safely. We were traveling 4 1/2 hrs from home with super cold temps and a diesel truck. We called in and they accommodated us right away once we got the truck towed there! Back on the road within 2 hours

Got me in on pretty short notice after another shop said they couldn't fix my car. They not only did the repair but did it in a very timely manner as well. The price was more than reasonable and the customer service is awesome. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. I will be going back again. Absolutely excellent experience!

Absolutely wonderful. Quickly diagnosed our vehicle problem, quoted us a price and found a time to do the work. Did the work quickly but efficiently and saved us money. Will definitely use them again in the future.
