Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Quick easy and I never have to get out of my vehicles. My wife absolutely loves it. No appointment needed, we just drive up and they open the doors to guide us in. Another thing we appreciate is they always show us our filters whether or not they need replacement or if they say their still good. They check all the lights around the car and they top off off the fluids. They are great!👍💯

The guys there were super down to earth. I showed up 20 minutes till close and I didn’t catch any grief about it. They seemed very competent and friendly to me.

I have had good experiences here, but this last time there was an extra oil charge, I had synthetic oil, I don't understand why the extra charge?

Timothy is officially our guardian angel!! After a wonderful weekend up north of Ely, we had some issues with our vehicle and had a tough time finding someone to help us out on a Sunday. We called Valvoline and talked with Timothy and he said come on in and I will help you out. He went above and beyond to get us back on the road for home. Stopped for an oil change today and Timothy was absolutely outstanding! I called ahead and he answered the phone with such joy and passion that I knew I was in good hands. When I arrived, I was greeted with his huge smile and friendly demeanor. While he was helping me, I also watched him mentor the other team members, patiently teaching and leading by example. Valvoline is lucky to have someone so positive and passionate on their team. Timothy not only takes care of customers, keeping their cars safe and running in top shape, but he is also passing that standard on to the next generation.
