Recommended to me by a friend. They were friendly and helpful. Took care of my GMC diesel pickup very well (bad break lines & frozen screw to replace signal light). They evaluated the problem but didn't have enough time on that day to fix the problem. I left the truck with them bc of the bad breaklines. They proactively brought the truck in to spray bolts with anti-rust so that on the day of the appointment they were able to get the repairs done in a timely manner. They are my new go-to!

My car broke down this morning, had it towed to Palm’s automotive with thoughts of maybe they will have time to look at it next week. I was contacted as soon as they opened, they had my car scanned and fixed before 3 o’clock today and the cost was even lower than the quoted amount. Best service ever and a price that was in budget.

I explained to the staff at Palms, my Granddaughters car was making a terrible noise and she was afraid to drive it. They took her in on the spot and had diagnosed and repaired the car within an hour. I have used Palms many times and they have always come through for me.
