Ben gets employee of the month! My 16-year-old son ended up with a dead battery luckily sitting in the same parking lot as Parts City. I was able to call the store and ask about getting the battery tested and jumped. I also told him that my son needs to purchase a pair of jumper cables for his truck. Ben did everything for my kid and was able to get him back on the road safely. Ben, as a mother, I really appreciate you!!

Great staff with solid answers to all types of questions. This is my go to shop and has been for 20+ years. Store has great displays and is always clean. Prices are competitive and parts come in quick if by chance they do not have them in stock. Management and owners are top notch. The range is lucky to have you!

I highly recommend this place. My daughter and I came from Duluth to take her drivers test. Well, 20 minutes before her appointment time we noticed one of the brake lights were out. We called Parts City and told them our dilemma and they said come over and we’ll help you out. They were waiting for us when we got there and changed out the bulb and we were on our way! We can’t thank them enough!!

The staff here was extremely friendly, knowledgeable! Fast service, and service with a smile! Found me a great price on brake pads, very impressed for a first time customer. A+++
