They were very professional and helpful with my situation. The only problem we had was the bad snow that cause them to shut down for a few days. Which is not their fault. About 4 or 5 years ago, they put a transmission in our van, and they did an excellent job. Today, I went there for a noise that I thought was transmission related, and it wasn't but told me what the problem was. These people are not just professional people. They are also good people.
